Global Blue's Tax Free Shopping service saves you money when you shop in our sound & vision saloon, as it allows you to buy items without paying the tax on them. To claim the VAT/GST back when you bring your purchases home, just follow the simple steps below.

1. GET IT
Once you've found that perfect item, remember to ask the shop staff for a Tax Refund Cheque when you're paying for it.

2. STAMP IT
When you're leaving the country to head home or to continue your journey, take the purchases, receipt and passport to the customs desk to get your Tax Refund Cheque stamped. If you're travelling on to another EU country, get the stamp on your Tax Refund Cheque at your final point of departure from the EU.

3. CASH IT
Finally, show your stamped Tax Refund Cheque, passport and credit card to the staff at Global Blue Customer Services or one of our prtner refund points and they'll issue your refund immediatetly. You can get the refund put back on your card, or you can collect it in cash.

Spend a minimum of 200 Lt, and save up to 13,5% of the purchase price.
Please observe that the final refund you receive will consist of the VAT total, minus an administration fee.
Please observe that at some airports an additional fixed fee will be charged should you require an Immediate Refund in cash.
Period for obtaining a valid customs stamp: 3 months from the issuing month.
Cheque validity: with a valid customs stamp unlimited validity.
Receipt/Invoice: need to be attached.
Customs stamp: an official Lithuanian or any other EU customs stamp.

People belonging to the following organizations are not eligible to reclaim the VAT through Global Blue company:
- Diplomats
- NATO
- UN
- Military
